House Rules

AGE
All of our renters must be 30+ years of age.

BACKGROUND CHECKS
We reserve the right to do a background check on anyone that rents from Naked Pineapple Getaways for any reason.  We also reserve the right to refuse lodging to anyone for any reason. 

BBQs No BBQs or cooking on the porches. 

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
No visible business traffic or activities are allowed. You can work from your condo, but retail traffic is not allowed.

CAMERAS AND VIDEOS
Kindly respect the privacy of our residents and guests.  Taking pictures and recording video without permission of the subject(s) is strictly prohibited.  Drone photography is absolutely prohibited.

DAMAGES
Please report any damages, equipment malfunctions, or missing items within 12 hours of your arrival so we may address them.  Any broken furniture, equipment, or missing items reported after that will be your responsibility.

NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES, NO PROSTITUTION.
Our neighbors know to call us if our guests are disrespectful. If you are caught doing any of these things, the authorities will be called and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

GATE ACCESS
Once you check in, your Gate Access Card will be located either on the dining room table or on the key holder by the door.  You'll need this to re-enter Paradise Lakes Resort.  Be sure to use Gate A.  Please return the gate access card to the unit before you check out to avoid a $100 fee.

UBER EATS AND DOOR DASH
Do not give out our gate codes for Uber Eats and Door Dash. Please use the gate card in your room and meet the driver at the gate to get your food.

LOCKS / SECURITY
Your door lock is programmed to lock after 30 seconds. This means the deadbolt will be "out" after 30 seconds. To avoid having to replace the lock incurring a $200 replacement charge, please do not allow the door to slam shut. If you have to open the door for over 30 seconds, please safely prop the door open. 

WINDOWS / OPEN DOORS
While Paradise Lakes is relatively safe and secure, we can not predict the behavior of other residents and guests. Please shut your windows and lock your doors when not in the unit.

NO MEANS NO.
Please show respect to other residents and guests.  Do not touch anyone without asking their permission. Just because someone is naked does not mean they want to be touched or have sex with you. Our neighbors know to call us if one of our guests is out of line. If disrespectful behavior continues, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

NOISE
Please behave in a manner to not disturb the other residents and visitors.  This includes pets. Quiet hours are Monday-Saturday, from 10 PM TO 8 AM and Sunday from 10PM to 10AM.

NUDITY
PARADISE LAKES IS A NUDIST RESORT. Owners, renters, and occupants are requested to practice social nudism and behave in a manner consistent with the principles of social nudism, including respecting the rights of privacy of other residents and guests. 

OCCUPANCY Our max overnight occupancy for our condos is limited to 2 people per bed.  There is a $10 charge per guest /per day over 2 guests.

PARKING
Parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis.  Please place the Parking Pass on the front windshield dash while parked on property.  Do not back into parking spaces. 


PETS
We do not allow pets in our units.  Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.

SERVICE ANIMALS
We Welcome Title II and Title III Service Animals. All Service Animals must be on a 6-foot leash when not in your unit. Service Animal owners are required to clean up after their aides. Other rules may apply, please inquire BEFORE renting.

SIDEWALKS Sidewalks are for pedestrian use only. No motorcycles, bicycles, or golf carts allowed on sidewalks. Golf Carts are permitted on the Island Condo sidewalks. (Bldgs. T, U, V).

SMOKING
ALL UNITS are non-smoking AND non-vaping, both inside the unit and just outside the units on the balconies and porches.  There are designated smoking areas within a short walk near your unit; please ask where they are upon arrival. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the unit or outside on the patio will result in a $250 cleaning charge.

SPEED LIMIT It's 10 MPH.  Kindly obey all STOP SIGNS, and watch for pedestrians and golf carts.  Do not pass golf carts.

SUNSCREEN / OIL / BRONZER USAGE
We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality sheets and furnishings, so kindly DO NOT sit or lay on any furniture if you have suntan lotion, oil, or bronzer on.  SHOWER FIRST!  $100 charge if we have to replace the sheets or have the furniture cleaned due to stains from sunscreen or bronzer.

TOWELS
Please don’t take any of our bath towels to the pool area. We have provided you with beach towels for your use. We are not affiliated with Paradise Lakes Resort, so if you leave the towels anywhere outside our units, we will not get them back.   To avoid incurring a $25 fee per towel, all towels must be returned to the unit.

TUSHY TOWELS Being a good nudist means using a tushy towel.  If you choose to go “commado” (nude), please use the “tushy towels” provided to cover the areas you are sitting on. 

WASHER/DRYER
If your unit has a washer / dryer in the condo, do not “overstuff” them as they aren’t designed to handle large loads.  Should you need to do larger loads of laundry, there is a coin laundry facility just outside the entrance of Paradise Lakes Resort by the RV Park.

WEAPONS
No weapons of any kind are permitted in common areas.

WILDLIFE
DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE.  Alligators and Sandhill Cranes are protected under Florida State law. Anyone feeding or molesting these animals in any way is subject to a minimum $500 penalty and possible imprisonment, as set forth by the State of Florida, Pasco County, and The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.

PARADISE LAKES RESORT Membership fees to the resort are NOT included in your stay. You only need to pay the resort fees IF you wish to visit the resort. Please visit their website for current membership rates.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, as well as the grounds of the Paradise Lakes community.

Additional notes
"Boogie Nights" is located in PARADISE LAKES CLOTHING OPTIONAL RESORT, and this condo is located within a NUDIST COMMUNITY. If you're offended by nudity...we highly recommend you stay someplace else. One question we get a lot is, "Do you have to be naked to stay here?" Absolutely not! The "un-dress code" is not enforced, but we do suggest you give it a try. It's very freeing!

Paradise Lakes is super-friendly, however, we do not recommend families with children to stay here. We require all of our guests to be age 30 or older.

The safety of our guests and our neighbors is essential to us. Everyone who stays with us must be approved by our condo association and may be subjected to a background check.

An additional application is required above and beyond what you've already submitted on AirBNB's platform. Failure to complete the form means you won't be staying in our cool condo.

This unit is on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. It is not handicap accessible.
Guest interaction
Doug and/or Traci will greet you upon arrival and will program your door code then. If you're new to Paradise Lakes, Doug and/or Traci will be happy to give you a golf cart tour so you can familiarize yourself with the neighborhood.
Neighborhood overview
Paradise Lakes began in the mid 80's, and was the gold standard for nudist communities for decades. We (Doug and Traci) made Paradise Lakes our forever home because we love the friendly combination of year round residents, seasonal residents, and weekend guests that frequent here. There is truly something for everyone here: apartment style living, vacation condos, mobile homes, manufactured house, and brick and mortar homes. Paradise Lakes popularity helped make Pasco County the Nudist Capital of the World. You can walk to Paradise Lakes Clothing Optional Resort from this unit, or drive 10-15 minutes and visit Caliente Resort or Lake Como.
Getting around
Most people get around the Paradise Lakes community via golf cart, walking, or bicycling. There is a Wal-Mart, CVS, Big Lots, and several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive of the resort. We are a 25-30 minute drive from Tampa Airport.
